The day you Booked the job is displayed in the Date Booked field box for you!
DATE BUTTON
To change the Date Booked click on the Calendar Button next to the Date Booked field box to launch the pop-up Calendar Picker.
•
The Date Booked is NOT tied to the Calendar Section because it is NOT a scheduled appointment that needs to be in you Calendar. The Date Bookedis merely a good reference for you to call back upon when needed.
If your Booked Project is a TV Show , Commercial or Voice Over, chances are that there is an Episode/Spot Title for it.
For example, if you booked a Guest Star role on "Desperate Housewives" - then you may come to learn that the Episode Title is "Susan's Big Surprise".
Another example may be that you booked a Voice Over job for a "Target" commercial - the Spot Title may be "The Back To School Rule".
•
MULTIPLE EPISODES/SPOTS: The Episode/Spot Title is VERY important in the event you get booked for the same show, or by the same company, multiple times. For example, if you are brought on for a 3 episode recurring role in "Desperate Housewives", you would treat each episode as its own Booked Project. With each Booked Project having its own unique Project Number and Episode Title. This will help you immensely when payments come your way and you can apply them to the correct Episode/Spot.
•
NO QUOTES NEEDED: You do NOT need to add quotes (") to the Episode/Spot Title (i.e. - "Susan's Big Surprise"). If you do, no problem! PerformerTrack will automatically remove them for you. The reason why quotes are removed is to make sure that PerformerTrack doesn't get confused by them and cause any errors. That's a good thing!
