From the 1st Audition to the Wrap Party, and everything in between, there are many possible tax-deductible career expenses that you could incur as  a performer, and PerformerTrack makes it easy for you to log and track them.

 

This area is for the Career Expenses you incur for each Project during your Auditions, Callbacks and Bookings.

 

Here are some key areas of the Project Expenses Overview screen:

 

 

REQUIRED:
You cannot add Project Expenses until you have either created an Audition or a Direct Booking.
 
This makes sense doesn't it?
How can you have an Expense for a Project that does not yet exist?
It's that whole 'Chicken and the Egg' thing...

HOW TO ACCESS

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To access the Project Expenses section click on the Project Expenses Tab from four Income & Expenses Section Tabs that run along the top of the page

PROJECT NUMBER INDICATOR

 

An easy way for you to see what Project Number you are currently viewing the Expenses for is by looking at the Project Number Indicator in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

 

In fact, you can View Project Expenses For any Project ... just select the Project from the drop down menu!

PROJECT NUMBER INDICATOR:

There is another Project Number Indicator right under the Round Return!
 
Here you can see the Project Number and Project Title of the Project Expenses you are currently viewing.

ADD EXPENSE AREA

 

Use the Add Expense area to add a new Project Expense!

ROUND RETURN

 

Are you just visiting a Project's Expenses and want to return back to a particular Audition/Callback Round for the Project?

Or, perhaps return to the Direct Booking Form, if this Project was a Direct Booking?

 

The Round Return is the fast way to get back to the form you want for the Project!

 

Simply select the Round from the drop down menu then click the 'Go' button.

When you click on the 'Go' button PerformerTrack will JUMP you directly to the form for the Round selected! Use this sweet shortcut when you need it!

TOTAL PROJECT EXPENSES

 

The Total Project Expenses field box displays the total amount of all of your Project Expenses.

'SORT BY' COLUMNS

 

As you continually add more and more Expenses to your Project Expenses Section you will want an easy way to sort through them to find that expense you may be looking for.  That's where the 'Sort By' Columns are very helpful!

 

 
Here you can sort your Project Expenses easily by Date, Expense Type, Amount or Method.

 
ASCENDING ARROW

Simply click on the Ascending Arrow to sort by:

Letters [A to Z]
Numbers [smallest to largest]
Dates [earliest to latest]

 

DESCENDING ARROW

Simply click on the Descending Arrow to sort by:

Letters [Z to A]
Numbers [largest to smallest]
Dates [latest to earliest]

EDIT / VIEW EXPENSE

 
Would you like to view, change, add to, or delete any information regarding a particular Expense?

It's a breeze!

 

EDIT EXPENSE ICON

Alongside the 'Date' Column just click on the Edit Expense Icon to access the Expense Details.
