Additional Expenses

The Additional Expenses section is for the Career Expenses you incur outside of any Projects.  Such as Union Dues, Theatre Company Dues, Office Supplies, etc.

 

Here are some key areas of the Additional Expenses Overview screen:

To access the Additional Expenses section click on the Additional Expenses Tab from four Income & Expenses Section Tabs that run along the top of the page

ADD EXPENSE AREA

 

Use the Add Expense area to add a new expense!

TOTAL ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

 

The Total Additional Expenses field box displays the total amount of all of your Additional Expenses.

'SORT BY' COLUMNS

 

As you continually add more and more Expenses to your Additional Expenses Section you will want an easy way to sort through them to find that expense you may be looking for.  That's where the 'Sort By' Columns are very helpful!

 

 
Here you can sort your Additional Expenses easily by Date, Expense Type, Expense Details, Amount or Method.

 
ASCENDING ARROW

Simply click on the Ascending Arrow to sort by:

Letters [A to Z]
Numbers [smallest to largest]
Dates [earliest to latest]

 

DESCENDING ARROW

Simply click on the Descending Arrow to sort by:

Letters [Z to A]
Numbers [largest to smallest]
Dates [latest to earliest]

EDIT / VIEW EXPENSE

 
Would you like to view, change, add to, or delete any information regarding a particular Expense?

It's a breeze!

 

EDIT EXPENSE ICON

Alongside the 'Date' Column just click on the Edit Expense Icon to access the Expense Details.

To the right of the 'Method' Column just click on the Delete Icon.
