First let's understand the difference between the two different types of Contact Status:

 

ACTIVE =

This means that this is a Contact you would like to appear in Contact drop down menus located throughout PerformerTrack.

 

INACTIVE =

This means that you no longer want this Contact available in any of PerformerTrack's Contact drop-down menus.

 

When a Contact is added to the Contacts Section it is automatically entered into the system under Active Status. You can change the Contact Status within the Contact Details at any point.

 

Simply toggle whether the Contact is Active or Inactive, then click the 'Save' button.

 

INACTIVE CONTACTS: You can always view/edit Inactive Contacts within the Contacts Overview Screen by utilizing the Status Filter
