When you first open the Contacts section you will see the Contacts Overview screen!
From here you can Create a New Contact...or view, access, edit your Contacts!
Select from the following to learn more about the different areas of the Contacts Overview screen:

To access the Contacts section go along the Top Toolbar and select

To add a new Contact into PerformerTrack simply do the following:

The Contact Status drop down menu allows you to select what kind of Contacts you want to view - "Active" Contacts, "Inactive" Contacts, or "All" (meaning both your "Active" and "Inactive" Contacts combined).
Once selected PerformerTrack will display the Contacts that correspond to your Contact Status choice.

You can Search Contacts by the following, either singularly or combined:
CONTACT TYPE (PRIMARY)
CONTACT TYPE (SECONDARY)

And, yes, the Total Number of Contacts will change based on the results of a Search (yeah, yeah...we know...we know...you already assumed that, but...)

As you continually add more and more Contacts to your Contacts Section you will want an easy way to sort through them to find that person or company you're looking for. That's where the 'Sort By' Columns are very helpful!

If you would like to quickly send an e-mail to a Contact, just click on the Contact's E-Mail Address. This will launch your default e-mail client and place the e-mail address in the "To" line of an outgoing e-mail message.
