The Project Number Indicator is located in the upper right-hand corner above the Control Buttons and let's you know what Project Number you are currently working on

 

PerformerTrack automatically assigns sequential Project Numbers to every Project you ever Directly Book or Audition for.  This is done to maintain proper order over all of your Bookings and Auditions/Callbacks (not to mention Project Income & Project Expenses).
