Booked Projects

PerformerTrack's Booked Projects Section allows you to log & track unlimited Bookings/Direct Bookings - along with a TON of the important details of every Booking you ever have!

From Pre-Project (Blocking, Rehearsals, Wardrobe Fittings, etc.)...

To The Project (Call Times, Looping Sessions, Sound Checks, etc.)...

To Post-Project (Air-Dates, Premieres, Wrap Parties, etc.)...

And everything in between!

When you first open the Booked Projects section you are greeted by the Booked Projects Overview screen!

From here you can Create "Booking", Create "Direct Booking"...

Or, view-at-a-glance, access and edit all of your previous Bookings/Direct Bookings!

HOW TO ACCESS

To access the Booked Projects section go along the Top Toolbar and select
My Account > Logs > Auditions/Booked Projects Log > Booked Projects

Click the Booked Projects Tab located on the right-side of the Log to open the Contacts section.

CREATE "BOOKING"

•	What is a "Booking"?: A "Booking" is a project that you booked by going through the auditioning process.

CREATE "DIRECT BOOKING"

•	What is a "Direct Booking"?: A "Direct Booking" is a project that you booked without ever having auditioned (i.e. - you were picture picked, you were requested to perform, a repeat booking, etc.).

STATUS FILTER

By default, the Booked Projects Overview Screen shows all of your Booked Projects.

However, if you have any Booked Projects that you "Un-Booked" you can easily view them by selecting "Un-Booked" from the Status Filter drop down menu.

'SORT BY' COLUMNS

As you continually add more and more bookings to your Booked Projects Section you will want an easy way to sort through them. That's where the 'Sort By' Columns are extremely helpful!

Here you can sort your Bookings easily by Project Number or Date Booked.

ASCENDING ARROW

Simply click on the Ascending Arrow to sort by:

•	Letters [A to Z]

•	Numbers [smallest to largest]

•	Dates [earliest to latest]

DESCENDING ARROW

Simply click on the Descending Arrow to sort by:

•	Letters [Z to A]

•	Numbers [largest to smallest]

•	Dates [latest to earliest]

BOOKED PROJECT STAR ICONS

When a project becomes a Booking a Booked Project Star icon will appear!

When the Booked Project Star icon is the color BLUE that indicates the project was booked by going through the auditioning process.

When the Booked Project Star icon is the color GREEN that indicates the project was a Direct Booking and NO auditions were required.

Under the 'Enter Details For' heading are three distinct sections:

Under the 'Enter Additional Details' heading is a drop down menu which allows you to access 6 amazing additional areas that pertain to the Booked Project. They are:

BOOKING LINK &

DIRECT BOOKING LINK

Under the Date Booked column you will notice two types of links:

Booking Link

A "Booking" will show the "Date Booked" and contain a link to access/edit the last Audition Round entered for the Project.

Direct Booking Link

A "Direct Booking" will show the "Date Booked" and contain a link to access/edit the Direct Booking Details entered for the Project.
