PerformerTrack ~ The Standard Career Management Tool For Performers

Core Concept:

Since the beginning of Holdon Log, LLC (our parent company), the launch of its initial software product "ActorTrack", and now with the release of its massive upgrade, "PerformerTrack" our pursuit was (and still is) to conquer the complexity of a performer's business through simple and efficient use of technology.

Every performer is essentially a business owner in charge of "You, Inc.". PerformerTrack is designed to handle the business needs of "You, Inc." from the moment "You, Inc." begins taking classes as a budding performer all the way until "You, Inc." steps out of the limo and accepts a show business award!

Like any business, as a performer you must track where you have been, where you are going, the contacts you make, the money coming in, the money going out, etc., then analyze statistical data so you know what is or isn't working for you in your business and finally strategize accordingly to maximize your success.

Unfortunately, we often encounter performers who excel in "doing the art"...

...but lack in "doing the business". Not surprising, since the effort required to be a true "working performer" is a dreary, exhausting, left-brained chore ...not the fun, creative and artistic right-brained pleasure that performers are naturally gifted at.

PerfomerTrack takes the pain out of the mundane, left-brained tasks and makes doing the "business of show" simple, effective and, believe it or not, fun to do!

We too are entertainers and are constantly finding the need for services that we are building. They come from common sense real world experiences as working performers, no obscure ideas, no mystique.

We believe in creating simple, intuitive, and easy to use solutions for performers. Like you, we are tired of knock-off software products that try to be the solution, but are laden with ill-conceived layout, confusing design and unnatural work-flow that ultimately end up being the problem in-and-of itself.

We wholeheartedly abide by this quote! Every decision that we make, we measure it with the yardstick of simplicity. Our continued approach in designing PerformerTrack is with a simple-to-use interface, but with a complex, intricate workhorse of a database running in the background.

While being simple, everything we build inside PerformerTrack is with the User in mind. We know that between classes, coaching lessons, auditions, call times, etc. performers do not have the time to learn a complex application. All designs are centered around the way the business works. We have taken it upon ourselves to find the best way for functions within PerformerTrack to be accomplished; no convoluted choices, no obscure concepts.

Our goal is to "simplify the business of show" so the focus on "You, Inc." can be on "doing the art" while efficiently "doing the business" that is required to be a success!
